Composite Manufacturing and Design Ltd (CML or Composite Mouldings), has recently invested in the construction of a new resin infusion table for the manufacture of superyacht floors. The 5 metre by 6 metre table is of a composite construction that has been filled, faired and painted with a Durepox topcoat.
“The table has been made for constructing superyacht floors. We will be using our CNC machine to create all the profile details which helps speed up the jobs and bring down labour costs. We will also be able to make a wide variety of new components more accurately as many hours were spent filling and fairing the table to ensure it is as flat as humanly possible” says Martin Riley, Technical Manager for CML.
