Blondecell Ltd founded by Tony Brewer, Clive Fish and Ross Weeks at premises in Sway, Hampshire The company moves to new premises at Harbour Close, Cracknorehard, Marchwood. Clive Fish retires. Blondecell Ltd is sold to a group of professional managers, Tony and Ross retire from the business. The new owners take on a number of failed projects. Blondecell Ltd goes into banktruptcy The company is reformed by a number of former employees headed up by Warwick Buckley who is still acting MD today. Tony Brewer also steps back into the business to help keep his legacy alive. Due to the bad press now associated with Blondecell Ltd, the business is renamed Composite Mouldings Ltd The company moves into larger premises at East Road, Marchwood Industrial Park. To better represent what the business does the company is renamed Composite Manufacturing and Design Ltd The company launches its own product the “BTC-22”, a 22ft Trailer Sailer Yacht. The boat has been designed by CML’s sister company Buckley Yachts Ltd
